Runner Not as Expected

"I got the 14 foot runner for use in a hallway. I just assumed it would have the red border at the ends as well as along the sides like the other sizes do. It doesn't. It appears to be just cut off from a long roll of runner. While the quality of the rug as a whole is fine, It really bugs me when I go down the hall and see this. I was too lazy to return the rug. I really should have."

"Love the rug however do to my error had to reorder and the wrong width was sent..not enough time for me to send it back again and get the correct width plus shipping back is not cheap. Also, they advertise rug pads and I thought I would be getting one and had to tape three together."

"I am pleased with the both the quality of the rug and the timely delivery. The mat was nice, but I had to cut it to the size of the carpet. This was a bit annoying but I did it anyway. It would be better if Rugs Direct offered mat sizes that matched the size of the rug purchased. "

"I ordered two rugs plus pads, and one of the rugs I received was an incorrect color. I immmediately called Rugs Direct and the customer service person handled the problem in a very professional and expediant manner. She not only placed the order to ship me the correct rug, she also sent me a packing kit and arranged return shipping of the rug that I was sent by mistake. I really like the rugs and doing business with a quality company like Rugs Direct."
