"The actual rug is as shown, good quality, good color (the aqua green is a little darker but still fine). Unfortunately, the rug size we ordered just didn't work with our room. The only caution I have is if you want to return the rug, return shipping can be costly, particularly if you are outside the USA and have to pay shipping and customs both ways. All things said tt is a great rug - please make sure you understand all the terms and potential implications."

"We ordered this for our kitchen. The colors are just as pictured, and it's very soft! I can't say enough about the service! The first order was damaged during shipping (3 large rugs had to be sent back). I called Rugs Direct that day to request a rush replacement. They called me back to say the rugs were on their way, and 3 days later the replacement rugs arrived. I didn't even have to follow-up, they just took care of it! "

"We ordered this for a graduation party in our home. It arrived badly damaged (no fault of Rugs Direct). I called to explain the situation. The service rep was extremely helpful. We needed to receive a replacement rug within one week. I spoke to her on Friday, she called to update the status on Monday, and we received the rug Wednesday afternoon! The rug is very nice. "If your decor lends itself to abstracts, this rug is very good for pulling a room together. I have window treatments similar to it, but didn't want one of those geometric rugs you see everywhere. "This rug is simply gorgeous. It does not shed and is soft soft soft. Everyone loves it. It has loads of colors that can be matched. I have goldish brown walls and wine colored chairs. Some of my flowers and plants pull in the blue/green/gray color. I use a mat under the rug to keep it from moving. I bought the 4' x 6' rug. It is just the right thickness for me. I don't like them really thick. I repeat ... it does NOT shed. You don't have to keep vacuuming and vacuuming it. NICE!"

"The only reason all these things weren't 5 stars, is I suppose nothing is perfect. I love my rugs, and they were delivered very promptly -- far sooner than the estimate. I was worried because the shipping notices were confusing (they came in two batches) so called customer service, and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
