Color Much Darker in Reality
"The rug is beautiful, but the color is much, much darker in reality. The red is maroon, and the gold is a tanish/brown. It still works in my house, but I am somewhat disappointed - but only because I was expecting and hoping for a true red as is depicted in the photograph."

Excellent Purchase and Service
"Glorious, rich color, exactly as shown on website. Rugs Direct website and their customer service is the BEST! Had a problem with another rug where the wrong color was shipped to me, and Rugs Direct sent UPS to my house to pick up the wrong item the very next day, and then immediately shipped out the correct rug, all at no charge to me.
