Nice Rug !!
"I ordered two of the Kharma rugs. They are excellent quality. I ordered the best rug pads, and that was a good investment. My initial order came promptly, but one rug was not the style or color that I ordered (although the order number label on the rug was correct). The customer service representative was very helpful and promplty sent out the correct rug, and had UPS pick up the incorrect rug."

"I have had an 8 X 8 Kharma in the family room/kitchen for 5 years. I realized that I would really like to have some smaller area rugs that "went with" the larger rug. Rugs Direct had several smaller sizes in the Kharma. So - I ordered 3 small rugs and one larger one to go in front of the sink. They came quickly - they match beautifully - and I'm very, very happy with it all."
