February 28, 2011 We LOVE our 10' Round Rug
"We are sad that we will need to return our rug for a new one - NOT because the rug but because it was creased several times - perhaps during shipping. It arrived to us nearly FLAT inside the box. The three long and deep creases have not come out after two weeks. Easy fix though - ship the carpets wrapped around a larger tube. Our arrived wrapped around a tube the size of one you would find in wrapping paper. We love the rug and the customer service though!"

"This rug was perfect for my decor, as though it were custom made for my home. The colors are beautiful and the pile is so plush. Very good quality. I've only had it for 3 weeks, so I can't comment on it's wear and tear ability. Hope it proves to be as good as the other qualities of the rug. Bought three different sizes and definitely needed the pads to keep the smaller sizes in place. Pads are worth the extra $$. Thanks Rugs Direct."

"Very satisfied with our recent purchase- the color is exactly what we expected and the rug is actually much softer and thicker than we expected. I feel confident that it will survive through 3 children. The only complaint is that the rug came 3 days before the pad."

"I have this rug in my living room. The colors are perfect. The leaf color is actually an eggplant, so it might not work for some people who are looking for more of a burgundy, but it was just what I was looking for. My upholstered furniture is traditional, but the style of this rug is more transitional than contemporary. It is so soft; it is my favorite place in the house to be barefoot :-)."

"We had just bought a new house and had purchased an Generation rug for our foyer and sun room and had decor to match. When we moved into our new house we wanted to use the same rugs but needed to have more and bigger sizes. I found Rugs Direct while searching on the computer and they had both of the Generation rugs I needed which was great. After 2yrs. with the other rugs, I thought I might have to go with something different but I didn't thanks to Rug Directs."

"We bought two rugs from this collection the green and the red colors for two different rooms that were open to each other. Both rugs arrived super fast and were in great condition. We've received lots of compliments and the the quality has been great. Make sure to buy rug pads though, especially over hardwood floors."
