Excellent Company To Do Business With

"I was kept well informed throughout the process from order to shipping to arrival of product at home. Once the rug was taken out of the shipping package I found three small defects which could have been caused by the shipper. The binding on two separate spots we repaired by sewing. I have found one spot we are watching very closely because some of the weave is losing fibers. We will contact customer service if it becomes more of an issue. "

Good Experience

"We were very satisfied with our experience with Rugs Direct. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us find the color we were looking for. We also ordered a few rugs and were pleased with the no- shipping- charges policy. When one rug arrived with a damaged edge, there was no problem returning it and getting a new one. The shipping labels were taken care of by the delivery people and they were very prompt."
