We Like the Rug

"Muted black, medium brown, olive green, cream, beige and a touch of burgundy the rug looks nice on the floor and feels nice underfoot. We do wish that it came in a slightly wider size. We are happy with this purchase."

Beautiful Carpet

"I was very doubtful about making a rug purchase over the internet but with my husbands encouragment we gave it a try. Great Quality for the value

"I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality and thickness for the price. The color was a little off from the picture.....the white border in the picture was actually more cream color making the overall appearance not as striking. But I am still excited about my purchase and it makes a great addition to my dining room. Looking forward to making more purchases for the other rooms."

Easy Ordering and Fast Delivery!

"I ordered several rugs and received them well before the expected date. When one of the rugs was wrong (my fault), it was picked up immediately and another was shipped to me, and again arrived within just a few days. A credit for the returned rug was issued to my credit card as soon as it was received back to the company. The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful. My experience with Rugs Direct has been great all around!"
