Very good experience
"These rugs are really great and the selection to choose from was the best I've ever seen. There was a problem with the price of the rugs in the shopping cart and I was able to call customer service and not only did they fix the price, they gave me an additional discount! Nice! Getting the right color ordering rugs online can be tricky. While speaking to them, I also asked about the color. The rugs are more orange than the descriptive "flaxen" would indicate, but the picture is pretty representat"
