Took Care of Problem
"The rug I ordered arrived and had a minor defect. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture. They immediately sent me a replacement rug with a return label for the defective rug. There was no hassle and I couldn't be happier with the way they handled the problem. I will definitely order from them again."

Good Choice
"Beautiful rugs! Have both black and gold rugs. Only issue I had was the creases in 9' x 12' because rug was folded, not rolled for shipment. Response from company was to roll rug in opposite direction from the way it was shipped. Tough to do since it was not rolled! Will give it a week or so to see if creases resolve. Quality rugs, love them. "

Best rugs
"These rugs are beautiful and soft. The colors blend with all of the colors in our home.
