Red is a Brick Red.
"Received the rug today - very fast delivery. Beautiful rug but the red is way too orange-y, more like a brick red and didn't even come close to the red floral couch that I needed it to go with. Will start the return process. "

Picture a Little Deceiving
"The color of the rug in person, in my opinion, varies from the color seen online. The "gold" in it is more of a tan/light brown. The color of the gold online is what actually sold me on it so I was pretty disappointed when I received it. I was expecting more of a yellow color, thus gold. However, the colors still blend with my decor. It had to grow on me; it was definitely not love at first sight. The quality of the rug is great!"

Worth the Wait
"I had been looking for a small entry octagon rug with matching runner. Finally found one I liked. When it came it was labeled right but was the wrong rug inside. It took 2 more times before the correct one came but the customer service did an outstanding job in trying to get me the correct rug. The shipping back was smooth and hassle free and they got back to me promptly with answers to the problem. The rug is a bit darker but it feels so soft and rich.The rug pads are perfect. "

Great Deal
"I ordered these runners to match the steps I had done in the same carpet. I needed to go to a carpet store for the rugs because of the work required. But for the runners the deal was much better from Rugs Direct. Would definitely recommend this approach to others."
