"I've ordered and received about 3 rugs from Rugs Direct and sent the first two back. They were on the bargain $ side and it showed in the finish and quality of the rugs. The last one I spent a little more money on to see if it would make a difference... WHOA! I'm not a rug expert but I know the difference between plush quality and average threads. To my delight this one could be a $5000 rug. Love it!"

"Product I received was excellent. One of the rugs ordered was backordered but I didn't know this. Also, there was no confirmation of shipping dates are any way to track the order. Suggest you include a tracking system like most of the online companies do."

"We bought this rug in octagon shape to fit a 48" depth entry in our 1927 house. The muted red color goes well on the hardwood floors and the pattern suits the traditional style of the house. The pile is tight and soft and looks very high quality for the price. Customer service helped us buy the rug with a split transaction of pre-paid gift card and credit card and even found a better price for us. Delivery was quick and we are enjoying the look and quality of this rug."

"I looked for many months online before I chose the Couristan Everest Ardebil Crimson It fit into my price range; the only problem is that it takes awhile for the folds to relax on the round carpets because they are rolled up to be shipped. "After shopping the Internet and local carpet stores, I ordered from Rugs Direct. Delivery was prompt, the color was perfect for our home, and the quality of the rug was excellent. Another reviewer said the crimson color turned out to be darker than she expected, but it had worked well in her home. I would agree. The crimson label makes you think it might be too bright but the deeper color was just right for our setting, too."
