While weather-resistant, not all rugs labeled “outdoor” are completely weather-proof. If the rug gets wet, you should hang it to dry rather than leaving the rug in place. A railing or bannister is ideal for this purpose. Also, one of our Premium Outdoor Rug Pads will certainly help by insulating the rug from the hard surface on which it is placed. If possible, avoid placing the rug in direct sunlight. It’s almost impossible to prevent fading,...
I am satisfied with the color but the rug is "sprouting" little tufts of fibers that look bad and I have to trim. I've not had this happen with other braided rugs I've purchased. I've had the rug down for about three weeks and it actually seems to be getting worse. I will return the rug if this continues for another week.
My purchase arrived in a timely manner and I was most impressed with the quality of the rug and the value in the purchase.
I bought two of the small oval rugs for my kitchen, mainly because they will be easy to clean. I haven't cleaned them yet, but they do look very robust, so I'm thinking they will stand up well. The color palette is perfect for my newly renovated Craftsman kitchen.
I was a little surprised by the colors since they didn't really match the photo on the website, but I kept it anyway. The photo online looks like fall colors, but it really is more like the verbal description or slates, greens and blues. And I thought the price for this rug was a little excessive. I've had braided rugs before of a much higher quality and paid much less, so from that aspect I think there are better deals out there.
