This is an attractive rug, however, if you are wanting this to be an outside piece such as I did on my pergola floor, forget it. It is extremely light and any amount of wind will buckle the carpet, even if it is secured with outdoor furniture on it. I would not recommend for outdoor use. If it weren't for shipping costs I would have returned.
The rug was packed with the edges bent and it does not lie flat. Maybe it is too thin, but this is the third rug I have ordered and this is the first one that doesn't lie flat.
I love this rug. It is beautiful. I have it under my patio set on a cement patio. It dresses up the whole patio. This is the best price I found online. It was delivered early. I would order from Rugs Direct again.
I am pleased overall with this rug. The color and pattern are very attractive. My only disappointment is that it is a little thin. I realize indoor/outdoor rugs do not have thick pile but it is thinner than my last one. I bought a rug pad and that has helped a bit since I am using it indoors. Hopefully it will wear well.
Finally tore up old indoor/outdoor carpeting on the front porch. This was the perfect size to cover most of the porch, and it looks fabulous! Seems to be "handling" the rain just fine. I did put a pad underneath, not because I was worried about it sliding (have furniture on it), but I'm hoping it extends the life of it, as recommended. Beautiful rug for my Tudor home!
