Do you have a low-price guarantee?
Yes. We not only claim our prices are the lowest on the Internet, but we back this up with a 150% Price-Match Guarantee. If prior to your purchase you find a lower price on an item we carry from a local competitor, an online store, or a catalog, even if that item is already on sale, we will not only meet the lower price, we'll beat that price by an additional 50% of the difference to thank you for bringing it to our attention. Price matches will not be honored after your order has been processed.

For example, if you find an identical item for $299 at one of our competitors and our price is $399, then we will match the $299 price PLUS take off an additional 50% of the difference. In this example that would be an additional $50 (50% of $100) for a total price of $249.

Note: Our 150% Price-Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other 'sale' prices currently being advertised on our website. It does not apply to factory seconds, off-quality or clearance products. Sales tax and shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated for all price-match quotations in the contiguous United States. For international orders or orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States the price match will be conducted on the item(s) only. Price matches for 'free' merchandise or as the result of a pricing error will be offered at the discretion of Rugs Direct. All price matches will be determined in US dollars. Rugs Direct reserves the right to refuse any price match.

Do you have an in-home trial?
Yes. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price. Personalized, custom-made items and opened rug pads are not returnable, unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
